How to use Bulk Mockup Studio

Bulk Mockup Studio helps you place one design on a product image, then apply that same placement across a full set of design files in one batch.

Quick Start

  1. Upload your product image.
  2. Upload the folder that contains your transparent PNG design files.
  3. Open a saved project if you want to reuse previous placement and export settings.
  4. Resize and position the first design until it looks right on the product.
  5. Preview a few mockups to confirm the placement.
  6. Choose your file name, starting number, image format, and optional export width.
  7. Export the full batch as a ZIP file.

Before You Start

Prepare your product image

Use a clear product image that you want every design placed onto. This becomes the background for every mockup you export.

Prepare your design files

Place all design files for the batch into one folder. For best results, use transparent PNG files that share the same size and orientation.

Know your output goal

Decide whether you want to keep the original background size or export to a specific width in pixels before you start the batch.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Add your files

Choose the product image first, then select the folder that contains your design PNG files. Once both are loaded, Bulk Mockup Studio is ready for placement.

2. Position the design

Drag inside the design area to move it. Drag the corner handles to resize it. Use the rotation and opacity controls if needed.

3. Fine-tune placement

Use center and alignment controls for quick positioning. Use the arrow keys for small nudges. Hold Shift with the arrow keys for larger nudges.

4. Save the setup

Select Save Project to download a small project file with your placement and export settings. Use Open Project later to restore those settings.

5. Check the preview

Refresh the preview to see sample mockups from your batch. If anything looks off, adjust the placement before you export everything.

6. Set export options

Enter the base file name, choose the starting number, select PNG or JPG, and enter an export width if you want a custom size.

7. Export the batch

Select Export ZIP to generate the full batch. The progress bar shows how many files have been rendered. Use Stop if you need to cancel the batch.

Saving Projects

What gets saved

Project files save the design placement, rotation, opacity, aspect ratio setting, file name, starting number, output format, and export width.

What does not get saved

Your product photo and design files stay on your computer. For privacy and browser security, you will choose those files again when reopening a project.

Best use

Use saved projects when you create repeated batches with the same product photo and need the design to land in the same place every time.

Understanding Export Options

File name

The base name is used for every exported image. Bulk Mockup Studio adds the batch number automatically, such as mockup (1), mockup (2), and so on.

Starting number

Choose the number you want the batch to begin with. This is useful when adding new mockups to an existing numbered set.

PNG or JPG

Choose PNG if you want a lossless image format. Choose JPG if you want smaller file sizes and a white background behind the final image.

Export width

Leave this blank to keep the original product image size. Enter a width in pixels if you want the exported mockups resized to a specific width.

Tips for Best Results

For the smoothest batch export, use design files that share the same dimensions and orientation. This helps every mockup line up consistently.

  • Preview before exporting the full batch.
  • Keep aspect ratio locked when you want the design proportions preserved.
  • Set the starting number carefully if you want your file sequence to continue from an earlier batch.

Troubleshooting

The design looks too small or too large

Resize the design area and refresh the preview before exporting.

The placement is slightly off

Use the arrow keys for fine nudging, then preview again.

The numbering is not what you expected

Check the base file name and starting number before you begin the export.

You want to stop the batch

Select Stop and the current export will halt after the image already in progress is finished.
