PlannerCraft User Guide
How to create printable planners, journals, trackers, and logs.
Create a custom planner PDF in a few simple steps.
PlannerCraft runs fully in your browser. Choose a planner type, adjust the settings, preview the first page, then export a print-ready PDF.
Build a planner PDF
- Choose a planner type from the Planner type dropdown.
- Adjust the global settings, page size, time frame, and planner-specific options.
- Review the live preview. Click the preview to open the larger zoomable view.
- Click Generate PDF to download the finished planner file.
Choose the page layout you need
PlannerCraft includes daily, weekly, monthly, tracking, journal, and list layouts. Each planner type has its own options, so the left settings panel changes based on what you select.
| Daily Planner | Daily schedule, priorities, water tracker, and notes. |
|---|---|
| Weekly Planner | Week-at-a-glance columns with optional priorities, weekends, compact mode, and notes. |
| Monthly Planner | Calendar grid with optional goals and notes. |
| Habit, Budget, Meal, and Chore | Specialized trackers for recurring household, business, and lifestyle planning. |
| Reading, Fitness, Prayer, Goal, Appointment, and To-Do | Journal and log pages for focused printable products. |
Control the planner style and length
Global settings
Use Title text for an optional title at the top of each page. Accent color controls section headers and major dividers. Line color, opacity, and weight control the writing lines and table borders.
Headings and labels
Page headings and Day / week / month labels are separate options. Page headings control labels like Daily Planner or Budget Tracker. Day / week / month labels control numbering such as Day 1, Week 1, or Month 1.
Page size and time frame
Choose a standard page size or use Custom to enter dimensions in inches. Time frame controls how many pages are generated. Custom time frame lets you enter an exact page count.
Start calendars from a real month
The Monthly Planner uses a starting month and starting year. PlannerCraft automatically advances each generated monthly page and uses the correct weekday layout and number of days for each month.
For example, if you choose January 2027, page 1 is January 2027, page 2 is February 2027, and the calendar grids update automatically.
Check the layout before exporting
The live preview shows the first planner page based on your current settings. Click the preview to open a larger view.
- Use + and - to zoom in or out in the expanded preview.
- Use Fit to return the expanded preview to its fitted size.
- Close the preview with the Close button, the backdrop, or the Escape key.
Generate the finished planner
Click Generate PDF to create a PDF directly in your browser. The file name includes the planner type and page count, such as daily-planner-365pages.pdf.
PlannerCraft uses browser-side processing. Your planner settings are used locally in your browser to draw the PDF; no project files need to be uploaded to a server.
