What It Does
Bulk Text Design Generator creates many text-based designs from one reusable phrase pattern. It is useful for print on demand, printable products, niche phrase testing, and quickly turning a list of words or ideas into finished PNG designs.
Basic Workflow
- Choose an example template or type your own phrase in the Template field.
- Add values in the Values box. For one placeholder, enter one value per line.
- If your template has multiple placeholders, add one design per line and separate the values with commas.
- Adjust the design controls, including font, color, sizing, line breaks, spacing, and background.
- Click Generate Designs to create the preview set.
- Download one design or export the full batch as a ZIP file.
Templates
Templates are phrase patterns that use placeholders inside curly braces. For example, Some grandmas bake, cool grandmas {activity}. creates a different design for every value you enter for activity.
Multiple Placeholders
When a template has more than one placeholder, each line in the Values box becomes one design. Separate the values on that line with commas, in the same order as the placeholders appear in the template.
Design Controls
- Font changes the lettering style. The tool includes a mix of bold display fonts, script fonts, serif fonts, and clean sans-serif fonts from Google Fonts. You can also upload your own
.ttfor.otffont files and use them for the current session. - Line Break can keep text on one line, stack each word, split the phrase into 2, 3, or 4 lines, or use Auto to wrap based on the sentence length, font size, and available design width.
- Size and layout controls adjust how the phrase fits on the canvas, including canvas size, letter spacing, and line spacing.
- Colors control the text, accent, and background choices.
- Background preview can be transparent, white, or black so you can check contrast while designing. Downloaded PNG files always have transparent backgrounds.
Exporting
Use single download for one design, or export all generated designs as a ZIP file. The exported PNG files use the canvas width and height selected in the design controls.
